Here's a tip from Wine Folly:How Long opened Red Wine will last? 3–5 days in a cool, dark place with a cork. The more tannin and acidity the red wine has, the longer it lasts after opening. So, a light red with very little tannin, such as Pinot Noir, won’t last open as long as a rich red like Petite Syrah. Some wines will even improve after the first day of opening. Store open red wines in a chiller or a dark, cool place after opening them. If you don’t have a chiller, your fridge is the next best.

These premiere pickers sport a driving rhythm section topped by Kate’s powerful vocals, belting out favorite hits from Janis Joplin to Patsy Cline, Heart to Stevie Nicks, and Pat Benetar to Led Zepplin. Performing at venues such as the legendary Stardust, the House of Blues, Toby Keith’s bar at Harrah’s and Jimmy Buffet’s restaurant at the Flamingo.
