Your Instructor for the evening is Wenday Cooper from Wenday’s Kitchen Boutique, located in the historic district of downtown Council Bluffs. Wenday is a French inspired chef who uses her sense of humor, unique teaching style, and her love of food to create this perfect event with you in mind.

We have prepared the perfect ingredients for your board. Bring your sense of adventure. While you are creating, you will enjoy a special wine cocktail or sangria of your choice along with baked brie that Wenday will include in her instructions.
