Here's a tip from Wine Folly:How Long opened Red Wine will last? 3–5 days in a cool, dark place with a cork. The more tannin and acidity the red wine has, the longer it lasts after opening. So, a light red with very little tannin, such as Pinot Noir, won’t last open as long as a rich red like Petite Syrah. Some wines will even improve after the first day of opening. Store open red wines in a chiller or a dark, cool place after opening them. If you don’t have a chiller, your fridge is the next best.

Elaina Christina Clement is an Omaha-based singer/songwriter known for rich, bluesy vocals and a passion for reflecting relatable life experiences in song. She was one of the youngest vocalists to earn a role within BluesEd, an acclaimed artist development program created by the Blues Society of Omaha that led to an appreciation for Blues, mentorship, and memorable performances at BB King’s and The Hard Rock Café in Memphis.
As a songwriter, favorites include “Author’s Note” that was recognized by the Nashville Songwriter’s Association International and “Clay” recognized by the National Association for Music Education. She counts as influences soulful vocalists like Lauren Daigle, Bear Rinehart and story-telling songwriters like Matt Maeson and Noah Kahan.

Elaina focuses on honing her skills with mentors in Omaha and Nashville, performing at local venues, serving her Church’s youth worship team, and writing and releasing her own songs online.
This concert with Elaina will be a special treat! Music will start at 6:30.
