Here's a tip from Wine Folly:How Long opened Red Wine will last? 3–5 days in a cool, dark place with a cork. The more tannin and acidity the red wine has, the longer it lasts after opening. So, a light red with very little tannin, such as Pinot Noir, won’t last open as long as a rich red like Petite Syrah. Some wines will even improve after the first day of opening. Store open red wines in a chiller or a dark, cool place after opening them. If you don’t have a chiller, your fridge is the next best.

Here’s a bit about our guest:
America discovered soul artist Josh Hoyer on NBC’s The Voice in 2017, but in venues throughout Nebraska, we’ve known how amazing he is for years! As frontman of Josh Hoyer and the Soul Colossal and dynamic solo artist, Hoyer is a regular on regional stages, throughout the U.S. and Europe. Cap off a crazy week with the unique blend of raucous funk and smooth soul that made one reviewer declare, “If James Brown and Otis Redding had a love child, it would be Josh Hoyer.”
$5 cover. Outdoor venue. No outside alcohol. Mother Talisa’s Wood fired pizza starts serving at noon for the grape harvest volunteers.
